Tickets and event info

Check your registered email inbox or your Evolve account’s “My Tickets” section.

Refunds depend on the event organizer’s policy. Visit the event page for details or contact the organizer directly.

Payments and charges

Please check with your bank to confirm, and if it persists, contact Evolve Support with your transaction details.

Ensure no one else has used your card. If unauthorized, report it immediately and contact your bank.

Refunds automatically return to your payment source. If closed, your bank should reroute the funds.

Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page or ensure your email is verified.

Organizers can contact support for setup, payments, or event publishing issues.
